Nasi Padang of Indonesia

The Nasi Padang is a variety of different dishes served with rice. It originates from Padang, Indonesia, where the major of people are farmers. They get up early in the morning cook their meals to last them until the afternoon. So most of the dishes are cooked dry. The gravy contains coconut oil instead of coconut milk, which spoils easily. Spicy dishes, with generous amount of chillies and spices.

Green Tea Kit Kat

Its green tea flavoured Kitkat from Japan. Its made from real green tea too. Don't know if it's available anywhere else.

Steamed Fish (Chinese style)

This is a steamed fish I had in Bangkok Thailand. The fish is a type of river fish. The ingredients includes lemongrass, cilantro, ginger, dried lime, lots of chilies and I also detected fish sauce. I was told that in Thailand, people like their food hot, with lots of chillies. Until that day, I had no idea how hot.
