Nasi Padang of Indonesia
The Nasi Padang is a variety of different dishes served with rice. It originates from Padang, Indonesia, where the major of people are farmers. They get up early in the morning cook their meals to last them until the afternoon. So most of the dishes are cooked dry. The gravy contains coconut oil instead of coconut milk, which spoils easily. Spicy dishes, with generous amount of chillies and spices.
Green Tea Kit Kat
Its green tea flavoured Kitkat from Japan. Its made from real green tea too. Don't know if it's available anywhere else.

Red Velvet Cake
Seems to be the latest in cake-dom. Everywhere you go, you can see a version or another of this cake. Red berries cake topped with cheese cream is this version.

Most pickles you are sour. That's because of the acidic elements that is produced during the process or due to the vinegar used in the pickling process.
These uses honey and sugar. So its sweet, and it uses varieties of fruits and berries available like, unripe papaya, guava, young mango and other types of local fruits and berries.

Mee Rebus Muar
Mee Rebus Muar, a kind of thick gravy noodles originally from Southern Peninsular Malaysia. The gravy is made from a kind of sweet potato flour. The gravy is then added with beef stock. This gives the noodle it's subtle sweetness. Some version is sometimes made with crab stock instead of beef.
